Coordinators
One of the greatest joys of being a part of Trinity's community is discovering one's own gifts and the gifts of others as we work toward a common purpose. Listed above are ways any member of our congregation can participate in weekly worship. Please let coordinators know of your interest.
Trinity Sunday
Our Namesake Sunday
This Sunday May 26th
The first Sunday after Pentecost is Trinity Sunday, a feast day dedicated to the Holy Trinity. Its origins come from the Church countering the proliferation of the Arian heresy, a non-Trinitarian theology that purported that Jesus was not God, but a sort of demi-god like figure instead. (There was, at one point in history, more Arians than Trinitarians in the world.) It is one of the seven Principal Feasts in the Anglican tradition (more on that another day).
It is also our patronal feast day, in which a church recognizing saint for which they are named or, in some cases, the holiday that most closely resonates with their name. So a church named Christ Church might choose Christ the King Sunday, or a church named Grace or Redeemer might pick Good Friday or Easter. It is an opportunity for us as a parish to celebrate what this particular church means to us as our spiritual home.
Yours in Christ,
The Rev. Rob Baldwin+
The "Holy Trinity" and the "Trinity Sundae" mashup on this Sunday May 26th in celebration of our namesake day. To mark the occasion, we will hold an ice cream social outdoors on the McNeill Terrace (weather permitting - indoors otherwise), with ice cream from Tanner's Dairy. Many thanks to our intrepid Kevin Clark for organizing and organizing and organizing some more.

Join us Sunday, June 2nd at 9:30 a.m. to celebrate
Church School and Day School Teachers, Assistants, and Helpers
During the 9:30 a.m. service, we will recognize teachers, assistants, and helpers who make Trinity’s Church School and Day School a success. We appreciate your time and talent in helping to nurture and teach our children.
There will also be a small reception after the service. Please join us!
Reverend Rob and Vestry are pleased to announce two new Trinity staff members. Deneise Hyatt-Murad will serve as Parish Administrator, taking over from Sarah Doyle, who will end her term of service at the end of the month. Deneise has been getting acclimated to our processes with Sarah, Gary Wilmore and Jon Hayward.
Kirstin O'Connor will serve as bookkeeper, working closely with Julie Loftus, Treasurer. Kirstin has already begun her work here. Julie and Kirstin are taking over from Gary Wilmore who has served for many years as Treasurer and/or Bookkeeper. We acknowledge the dedicated service of both Sarah and Gary, especially during the years of pandemic displacement followed by our time without a Rector. Their work behind the scenes was essential. We offer them our deepest thanks.
Deneise will have regular church office hours Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Kirstin will be in the church office most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Please stop by to introduce yourself and meet Deneise and Kirstin! Following are snapshots of the experience and qualities they are bringing to the Trinity community.
Deneise is a detail-oriented individual who comes to us with many years of experience in volunteer, program and business management, many of which have been in church settings. Deneise is originally a southern girl, born and raised in Louisiana where she graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor of Art/Advertising. Deneise then spent 6 years in Texas before moving to Madison, NJ, where she graduated from Drew University in 2008 with a Master of Divinity. Deneise lives in Solebury Township with her family and is excited to join the work of Trinity Solebury.
Kirstin brings with her over 35 years of experience in accounting, having previously served as a controller in the automotive industry for over three decades. In 2016, she established a small bookkeeping company as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, working with numerous businesses in New Jersey and across the United States. Despite her extensive career in accounting, Kirstin’s true passion lies in simplifying life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, bonding with her dogs, gardening, exploring her creativity, and nurturing our environment. Kirstin lives in Lambertville with her husband Paul, youngest daughter, and four pups: Midnight, Max, Louie, and Charlie. She is excited to work with Trinity and is grateful for the opportunity.
Thank you, Sarah!
Sarah Doyle has been with Trinity since March of 2016 and is retiring this May. She has worked tirelessly in our office, through many transitions over the past 8 years, and we appreciate all that she done. She started as a 'database administrator', working with our cemetery and membership databases. Her depth of IT knowledge and commitment to Trinity quickly became clear, and she took on more and more responsibilities, eventually doing everything from computer installations to weddings, funerals and scheduling outside contractors. During our interim period without a rector, she was key in backfilling many office and property tasks. We wish her the very best in her next chapter!

Seeking Your Sponsorship of Lobsterfest Meals for Peacemeal Guests!
As you know, Peacemeal resumed in October and the guests are excited about returning to Lobsterfest. Historically, Peacemeal guests are sponsored by Trinity members to participate in Lobsterfest. Sometimes meals are sponsored by those who wish to offer support, but cannot attend Lobsterfest, while othertimes sponsorship comes from those who simply want to cover the cost of an additional meal.
Our hope is that Trinity parishioners can, once again, show their love to Peacemal guests by including them in Lobsterfest. Please contact Kyle Evans, kyle.evans55@gmail.com for further details.

Centering Prayer has been an active ministry at Trinity since the late 1990's. We practice Centering Prayer in the Chapel weekly on Tuesday mornings from 8 to 8:30 a.m. and all are welcome. Come whenever you can. Centering Prayer is a type of Christian contemplation that provides an opportunity to sit quietly in God’s presence, in stillness for greater awareness of God in our busy daily lives. We intentionally put aside all thoughts of the past and of the future, being aware only of "now". When we meet we remember those in need. We practice 20 minutes of silent meditation. We send cards to those in our prayers. One technique of Centering Prayer employs a sacred word that we each choose on our own. Then we silently recall it to return to God’s presence when we are distracted by thoughts, feelings, and images. In Centering Prayer we believe that the beginning and the end of prayer is learning how to be still before God. Thoughts are the inevitable and normal part of Centering Prayer and by returning to our sacred word we are expressing our "intention to consent to God's presence and action within" (Thomas Keating) Consider coming to Centering Prayer on Tuesdays. It is a gentle retreat, if only for 20 minutes, from our busy daily lives. The Trinity Spiritual Life Ministry |

Responding to the Israel-Hamas War Since the start of the current Israel-Hamas war, Episcopal Relief & Development has been supporting long-time partners in the Holy Land including Al Ahli Hospital, a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem, to provide emergency medical support in Gaza. Despite being hit by two explosions that damaged buildings and claimed hundreds of lives, the hospital is still serving those who are in need of care. Episcopal Relief & Development stands with the brave staff of Al Ahli Hospital as they risk their lives to help others. Please pray for peace in the Holy Land and consider making a contribution to the Episcopal Relief & Development Middle East Fund to help meet the growing needs of all people in the region.
